GroMart is an e-commerce platform that enables users to order groceries, dairy products, and daily essentials from their local GroMart store. We also offer:

• Milk and dairy product subscriptions (like Country Delight)

• A rewards program (GroCoins, similar to Flipkart SuperCoins)

• Complaint submission for software or service issues

• Location-based delivery services

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the GroMart application and website (https://gromart.co.in). By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

• Process and deliver your grocery orders

• Manage milk/dairy subscriptions

5. Location Access Justification

Your location access is used only to check delivery eligibility for dairy products and subscriptions. We do not track your real-time movements, and we do not store continuous location logs.

6. Payment & Financial Data

GroMart currently supports the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)

• QR Code-Based Online Payments (Users can scan a QR code at checkout to pay via UPI apps)
  
  

We do not store, process, or handle any credit/debit card or banking information. All online payments are completed externally via UPI apps (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and no payment data is retained within the app.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

We may share data only with:

• Delivery partners to fulfill your orders

All third-party services are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

8. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data, including:

• As long as your GroMart account is active
