1. Acceptance of Terms: 

By downloading, installing, or using Groceryfy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, 

please do not use the App. 

2. Description of Service: 

Groceryfy is a grocery list management application that helps users

create, organize, and manage their shopping lists with AI-powered features including meal planning, voice input, and smart categorisation. 

3. Subscriptions & Billing

3.1 Free vs Pro Features

Free Tier: Basic grocery list management with limited features. 

Pro Subscription: Unlock premium features including Meal Planner, AI-powered meal suggestions, one-tap grocery list generation from meal plans, PDF export, and cloud backup

3.2 Subscription Plans

Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at the stated rate

Yearly Plan: Billed annually at the stated rate (save compared to monthly)

3.3 Payment: 

Payments are processed through the Google Play Store. 

Subscription fees are charged to your Google Play account. 

All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. 

UPI/QR Code payment options are available for Pro activation in select regions

3.4 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage your subscriptions in Google Play Store settings 

3.5 Cancellation · You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial billing periods 4. User Responsibilities · You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device. You agree not to misuse the App for any unlawful purpose. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App 

5. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Groceryfy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 6. Limitation of Liability Groceryfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. 

7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the App or email. 8. Contact For questions about these
