In general, we advise and counsel clients on the structure and execution of business transactions. We also provide advice and counsel on day-to-day operational issues as these arise. We work closely with other attorneys within the firm to enable us to meet the varying needs of clients. • Representing clients in relation with labor disputes settled before the Mediator (Manpower Office) and/or Labor Court, Supreme Court and Administrative Court (PTUN).
We also provide a comprehensive range of corporate and commercial investigation services. We can organize and supervise all forms of investigation that are necessary to complete the task you require.
