"Alicia is the only reason we were able to join forces with the Town of Hilliard to bring the Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall to Nassau County. She went above and beyond—pouring nearly two years of her life into this four-day event. She thought of every detail, even the things no one else sees—Alicia sees them.
