Founded in 2018 in Kisumu, Kenya, GRise Systems Solutions was born from a vision to empower community-based organizations (CBOs) struggling with data management. Our mission is to streamline processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and measure impact with precision. Over the years, we have grown into a leading data advisory and research firm, driving transformation through evidence-based solutions across Kenya and beyond.

With a strong track record of conducting baseline, midline, and endline evaluations, impact assessments, and market research, we have worked with 50+ organizations across Kenya (Kisumu, Kakamega, Siaya, Bungoma, Vihiga, Homa Bay, Migori, Kajiado, Kisii, Nairobi) and in South Sudan (Yei, Lainya, Morobo and Juba). Our expertise spans USAID-funded projects, national research initiatives, and collaborations with international organizations such as Caritas, Concern Worldwide, and the Kenya National Commission on Human Rights (KNCHR).

Our recent 2024 baseline study in Northern Kenya (Laikipia, Marsabit, Isiolo, and Samburu) examined how gender and cultural biases—such as FGM and early marriages—affect young women’s education and economic landscape. We have also led gender studies on minority groups in Kajiado, Kisii, and Nairobi, co-created frameworks on mental health and economic resilience for youth in Kisumu, and spearheaded gender-based violence studies for multiple clients.
