Griffith Littlehale, a Toledo, Ohio native, has followed a path built on these principles. His story is not shortcuts or sudden turns but of staying focused, investing in learning, and gradually building a life rooted in values and discipline.
Griffith’s early education occurred at St. Francis De Sales High School, where he became known for his academic performance and dedication. He graduated in 2018 as the eighth-ranked student in his class, showing consistency in his studies. However, his efforts didn’t stop in the classroom—he was also active on the school’s swim team and earned the distinction of All-American Swimmer in 2017–2018. Managing academics and athletics gave him experience in maintaining balance and staying organized—skills that continue to serve him well.
Griffith continued his academic journey at the University of Toledo, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in psychology. His interest in the subject, particularly in clinical applications, has been the foundation of his college experience. Maintaining a perfect 4.0 GPA, he has been recognized with several honors, including the President’s Education Award for his first-year performance. He also joined the Jesup Scott Honors College and became a member of the Kappa Psi Fraternity. These acknowledgments represent his ongoing effort to engage deeply in his chosen field and contribute meaningfully to his academic community.
Griffith’s interest in helping others extended beyond psychology coursework. In April 2025, he completed his Emergency Medical Technician Basic certification through the University of Toledo College of Medicine and Life Sciences. The program provided hands-on training and introduced him to emergency response demands. His performance was recognized with the Clinical Excellence Award, reflecting his focus and dedication to high-quality patient care. This experience added a new layer to his understanding of healthcare and strengthened his interest in applied forms of support.
Service has been a long-standing part of Griffith’s routine. He began volunteering during high school, working with churches to support events and assist with food programs for those in need. Over the years, he remained active in outreach, participating in food drives organized by United Way and seeking other opportunities during school breaks. These activities reflect a genuine desire to stay connected to the community and contribute where he can—without expecting recognition or reward.
In addition to his academic and volunteer efforts, Griffith has explored graphic design as a creative outlet. Initially designing flyers and visuals for school and college events, he soon found opportunities in the broader community. He created materials for a local theater production and designed holiday greeting cards and a church logo. While design is not his primary career path, it has become a practical skill he continues developing for personal satisfaction and professional possibility.
Griffith’s learning doesn’t stop with formal education. He enjoys reading, particularly literature and philosophy. Some authors who have shaped his thinking include Edgar Allan Poe, Bret Easton Ellis, Oscar Wilde, and Descartes. Though he doesn’t intend to become a writer, these readings have helped him develop broader perspectives and a more profound understanding of others and himself.
Griffith Littlehale's road ahead isn’t fixed, and he prefers it that way. Whether pursuing graduate work in psychology, building experience in clinical settings, or expanding his freelance design efforts, he remains open to where his interests lead him. Through every stage, he aims to move forward with clarity, effort, and respect for the process—confident that each step, taken with care, leads him somewhere meaningful.
