Appointments - Please arrive on time so every pup gets their full pamper.

Cancellations - 24 hours notice required or a fee may apply.

Matted Coats - Severe matting may require shaving and extra time / charge.

Behaviour - Aggressive / stressed pups may need to be rescheduled for their safety.

Pick-up - Please collect your dogs promptly after their groom.
