Burgers and Fries

The 1/2 pound burgers are made to order and fried in Grandma Essie's iron skillet. Nothing like 50 or 70 years of use to season up a skillet. Dress it with toppings of your choice and served on a Hawaiian bun. Try it with our hand-cut fries. We may even throw a specialty burger with a fancy name on the menu just for the fun of it.

Chicken Parmesan Sandwich served with lots of sauce and cheese and an extra handful of napkins and in this case, a side order of handcut fries.

Chicken Fritters and Fries - Each Fritter has been tossed in one of our sauces: BBQ Sauce, Buffalo Sauce, and Honey Mustard. You can also get it plain and served with a sauce or our homemade Ranch Dressing.

Our chicken sandwich is served on an Hawaiian bun and dressed how you want it. Fritters, nuggets, and wings can be served with a variety of sauces, tossed and / or dipped, or served plain with just salt and pepper. Homemade sauces include Buffalo, BBQ, Honey Mustard, Ranch, and Buffalo Ranch.

The Lighter Side

Our Pub Salad is a large plated salad featuring our house baked chicken breast, loose leaf lettuce, red onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese, and tortilla strips. Our homemade dressings include ranch, chipotle ranch, honey mustard, and balsamic vinaigrette. If you have a smaller salad in mind, by itself or as a accompaniment, try a side salad. The handheld flour tortilla wrap features our baked chicken breast with lettuce and tomatoes and your choice of dressing. The wraps can be ordered individually for just a quick light snack or order two or more for a meal.

Quesadillas - Cheesy, meaty, and panned fried goodness between two flour tortillas. Choose pulled pork or chicken. They come with servings of fresh Pico de Gallo and Ranch or Chipotle Ranch which has a little heat to it. Or try our Taquitos - our Pulled Pork seasoned with taco seasoning, rolled up with cheese in a flour tortilla and deep-fried. Try them as dippers in our Chipotle Ranch and our Cheese Sauce.

Taco Tuesday

Our standard taco is taco meat, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream and homemade taco sauce, served on either corn or flour tortillas (fried crisp or lightly to order), jalapenos optional. From noon until we run out, every Tuesday. No carry outs.
