This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the GridView: Photo Collage, Layout & Story Editor mobile application ("GridView") published by JanoGroup LLC, and supplements the general JanoGroup LLC Privacy Policy. By using GridView, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

JanoGroup LLC develops and publishes mobile applications. GridView is a photo collage and story editor app that allows users to create, customize, and export photo layouts for social media and personal use.
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, and the choices available to you.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Photos and Media
GridView requests access to your device's photo library solely to allow you to select photos for use in your collage layouts. Photos are loaded locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers or transmitted to any third party.
Exported collages are saved directly to your device's photo gallery using native on-device functionality. This process does not involve any network transmission.
Photo library permissions are requested only when you initiate photo selection. You may deny these permissions in your device settings, but doing so will prevent you from adding photos to your collages.
2.2 App Preferences
The app may store certain preferences locally on your device, including selected language, border thickness, canvas background color, and other editor settings. This information is stored entirely on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
2.3 Anonymous Usage Data
We may collect aggregated, non-personal usage data to improve app performance and reliability. This may include app launch frequency, session duration, feature usage patterns, crash reports, and performance diagnostics. This information is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you.
3. Third-Party Services
GridView uses the following third-party services:
RevenueCat — for subscription and in-app purchase management. RevenueCat may collect purchase-related identifiers. We do not share photo or media data with RevenueCat. Please refer to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy for details.
Apple App Store / Google Play — for app distribution and payment processing. We do not share your photos or collage content with Apple or Google for independent use beyond their standard platform functions.
No third party is permitted by us to use your photos or personal data for its own unrelated purposes.
4. How We Use Your Data
Data collected by GridView is used solely for the following purposes:
- Displaying and processing photos you select for collage creation, entirely on-device
- Saving exported collages to your device photo library
- Managing your subscription and unlocking Pro features
- Storing your in-app preferences locally
- Improving app performance through anonymized diagnostics
We do not use your data for advertising targeting, profiling, sale to data brokers, training AI models, or any purpose unrelated to the app's core collage editing functionality.
5. Data Storage and Retention
All photos, collage content, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. GridView does not operate its own servers for storing user content or personal data.
Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored app data from your device.
6. Data Security
GridView is designed to minimize data exposure. Photos are processed entirely on-device and are never transmitted over a network. Subscription transactions handled by RevenueCat and Apple/Google use encrypted HTTPS connections.
The app does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or password to use GridView.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Because all app data is stored locally on your device, you can remove it at any time by uninstalling the app.
You may revoke photo library permissions at any time in your device settings. This will prevent photo selection but will not affect other editor features.
8. Children's Privacy

9. Disclaimer
GridView is provided for personal creative and social media use. JanoGroup LLC does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose of collages created using the app.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the Effective Date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
