Terms of Service for Grid Drop

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Grid Drop, a mobile game developed by TheBerg.
By downloading, installing, or using Grid Drop, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
Grid Drop is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, or redistribute the app
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- use the app for unlawful purposes
- interfere with the app’s normal operation
- exploit bugs, cheats, or unauthorized tools
- attempt to bypass ads, purchases, or unlock systems
2. Ownership
Grid Drop, including its game design, code, graphics, sounds, user interface, and other content, is owned by TheBerg or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your device for personal entertainment.
3. Game Progress and Virtual Items
Grid Drop may include coins, unlockable objects, stars, levels, or other virtual items.
Virtual items:
- have no real-world monetary value
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- may be changed, removed, or rebalanced
- are licensed to you, not sold
We may adjust gameplay, rewards, prices, or unlock requirements to improve the game.
4. In-App Purchases
Grid Drop may offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads.
Purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s payment terms. We do not process or store your payment card information.
Except where required by law or by Google Play policies, purchases are final and non-refundable.
5. Ads
Grid Drop may show advertisements. Some ads may be provided by third-party advertising services.
You can purchase “Remove Ads” if this option is available. Remove Ads may not remove all promotional messages, rewarded ads voluntarily chosen by the player, store-related messages, or notices required for legal or service reasons.
6. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Grid Drop at any time. Updates may change gameplay, features, virtual items, ads, or compatibility.
We are not required to continue supporting older versions of the app.
7. User Content
If Grid Drop later allows players to submit names, messages, images, levels, or other content, you are responsible for anything you submit.
You must not submit content that is illegal, offensive, infringing, harmful, or misleading.
At launch, Grid Drop does not require user-generated content.
8. Privacy
Your use of Grid Drop is also governed by the Privacy Policy:

9. Third-Party Services
Grid Drop may use third-party services, including app stores, advertising networks, analytics providers, game engine services, or payment processors.
These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
10. No Warranty
Grid Drop is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:
- the app will always work without errors
- progress will never be lost
- the app will be available on all devices
- the app will meet your expectations
Use the app at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, TheBerg will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Grid Drop.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of progress, device issues, data loss, or inability to access the app.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Grid Drop if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive way.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
Continuing to use Grid Drop after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
