Grid & Contrast is developed as a local utility for designers and developers. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, uses, and shares — and the short answer is: none.

1. NO DATA COLLECTION

Grid & Contrast does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, device identifiers, usage analytics, or any other information about you or your device.

Specifically, the App does NOT:

- Require you to create an account or sign in

- Connect to the internet or any external server

- Collect or transmit analytics, crash reports, or telemetry

- Use advertising identifiers or show ads

- Access your contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, or files

- Use cookies or any similar tracking technology

- Share any information with third parties, because no information is collected in the first place

2. HOW THE APP WORKS

All features of Grid & Contrast — the Contrast Checker, Touch Target Tester, and Typography Scale generator — run entirely on your device. Any values you enter (such as hex color codes, font sizes, or slider settings) are used only to perform calculations locally and are never saved, logged, or sent anywhere. They exist only in the App's memory while you are using it and are discarded when you close the App.

3. PERMISSIONS

Grid & Contrast does not request any special device permissions (such as internet access, storage, camera, location, or contacts) beyond the minimum required by the operating system to run as an app.

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Because Grid & Contrast does not collect any information from any user, it does not knowingly collect information from children. The App is suitable for general audiences.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Grid & Contrast does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-processing services.

6. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this Privacy Policy is ever updated — for example, if a future version of the App adds an optional online feature — this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
