Grey Shaman - Terms of Service

Commissions are open!

Good day! Thank you for your attention to my artworks, I really appreciate it. Here I wrote some rules explaining my work.

I’m a full time digital artist and commissions are my basic earnings. I ask you to take my work seriously, especially if the commission has a big price.

By ordering a drawing from me, you automatically agree that you have read ToS and agree to the terms.

🌲 Overview 🌲

The Artist retains all artistic and printing rights to the artwork commissioned, and ask that commissioned work not be commercially distributed or publicly printed without credit and explicit written permission. The Artist retains ALL the rights to the commissioned artwork, including the right to make prints and merchandise. Image rights can be negotiated for an added fee.

Any and all work completed can be used for display and portfolio purposes.

The artist reserves the right to publish all WIPs on their profile for a paid subscription (tier). If you don't want this, let us know right away.

The Client may create up to three prints for personal use (display in their home or as gifts). Client may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself. The Client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery accompanied by a credit line to the Artist, and it must not be any high resolution or unwatermarked version of the artwork.

The Artist reserves the right to recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the Client for other commissions or personal works.

he Artist will not handle depictions of illegal activities, hateful images or trademarked characters without permission from trademark holder. Non-explicit fetish, artistic nudity, violence, and humorously offensive work will be considered on a case-by-case basis.The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.

❗I want to pay your attention❗

I always treat carefully and attentively to artworks that I do. If customer has any absurd questions for me, unacceptable claims and very negative emotions, I have a right to don’t work with this customer again in the future.

I am a living person like you, I can't work 24/7 only on your order. In addition, there are other orders that also need to be worked on.

If you'll control me and my life every hour, every minute, every day, so that I work exclusively on your order - best to refrain from ordering.

The client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the Client agrees to the above terms.

🌲 About NSFW content 🌲

There is no NSFW content in my gallery, but I can do it. It will be + 50% of the cost is added to the above slots.

This is because I rarely do this and want to keep the gallery clean. It's not worth creating a separate account. You can ask me about examples. However, I look at erotic content more from an aesthetic point of view than from a bawdy one. But the main gallery has some light NSFW content with injuries, blood, etc.

🌲How to get a comission 🌲

You need to provide a clear terms of reference for the order. if you want your order to fully satisfy you, you can also provide me with some of your references, photos. Or you can trust me and my vision of the painting.

I want a commission but haven’t any idea

If you haven’t any idea you can rely of my vision of your character. This will be cost by normal price.

Variants and some rules:

You can give me any information about your character, so I can rely on it

Or you can tell me any theme (as example: something sad, playful, marine theme, forest end ect.)

Or first two variants together

If customer don’t like an idea, I draw more sketches before we find better.

🌲 Payment 🌲

I'm starting to work only after 100% pre-payment

Payment via PayPal.

❗Due to the current situation in the world and the shutdown of PayPal and other international payment systems in Russia, I am forced to work through an intermediary. This means that I am using my friend's account. Please bear this in mind.

Here is some instructions how to pay:

🌿 I can make an invoice which will come to you within a day. As I am asking my friend to help me, this may take some time. Once you have received the invoice and paid, please let me know so that I can alert my friend.

🌿 You can also ask me to share an email to make the payment myself, after we agree on terms and cost.

🌿 If you decide to use this method instead of waiting for an invoice, please let me know. Although this method works fine for payments up to $100.

HOW does payment take place in that case?

🌱 I give you an email.

🌱 You send me the payment and you have to write a Note to it.

For example:

Since I use a friend's account, I need this comment to avoid confusing payments, because my friend gets many of his own payments and he also has to keep track of my payments.

After you have paid, please let me know so I can alert my friend.

Unfortunately, this is the only way for me to use PayPal at the moment.

I also have the Boosty service working, and I can get payment from you directly through this service.

Pay attention, I don't do refunds!

Usually I get payment in 72 hours from the moment of the order, but I can to delay payment if customer has any circumstance.

If you refused to commission until payment it’s okay, just let me know about it!

If the client wishes to cancel their commission during or after the coloring stage they will not be issued a refund.

❗I don't have that option, so please take it seriously so as not to put yourself and me in a quandary. I am responsible not only for my own finances, but also for the finances of a friend (see above).❗

🌲 Communication 🌲

I prefer discussing the work on email or telegram or discord.

🌲 Processing 🌲

After payment I draw a sketch and show it to the customer to approve. Also I can show sketches with approximate colors.

Customer can ask WIP at any moment of work.

I can correct minor things in the process for free.

Big corrections will be cost money ($5 for one)

The Artist reserves the right to reject critique and redline pertaining to artistic skill or style preference (i.e. anatomy, coloring style, etc.) if said critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.

I work on standard working days Mon-Fri. Sunday and Saturday are weekends.

🌲 Deadline 🌲

By making an advance payment, you get in queue.

The deadline starts from the moment the sketch is approved.

The deadline is discussed individually.

It is usually 2-12 weeks, depending on the type of work. Some work can be done in 5-7 days.

🌲 End of work 🌲

After completing the order, I will send you a full resolution image like document.

For example - 3000x4000 pxs, 300dpi. 2 versions: one for personal use in good quality and compressed versionwith watermark for publishing (for WEB).

Customer can use completed artwork as they wish.
