Every client parcel which grEnz serves is one in which grEnz looks out for needs and opportunities to holistically integrate any and all of these services and will relay these options to you as our client. This is why we highly encourage you to actively engage with your project by hiring grEnz to consult you from the early stages of your project, so that you proceed along the most optimal route. Truly, grEnz' approach works by differing tremendously from the conventional approaches which insist on taking your money.

grEnz empowers clients to efficiently move toward a more

holistic and long-term vision for your land management, without

wasting money on distractions and pricey up-sells by contractors who are primarily interested in short-term exploits that conform to their individual capabilities rather than the land's long-term benefit.​

There also is some overlap between services, and more broadly, doing more at a given time is cost-efficient. In order to achieve long-term, comprehensive, and lasting outcomes for your land, you often need to integrate other steps and/or address other issues. This isn't required where your budget is limited, and though it is optimal there are generally a variety of approaches for you to take. Through the consultation process, grEnz generates viable approaches for the client's context, providing a comprehensive look at the value that could be added as well as some foreseeable liabilities to avoid (in regards development strategy only; nothing is ever completely risk-free!). Consultation allows our clients to plan their project with us and then, should you choose, shop around for the actual build... nonetheless, we're confident you'll also find our build pricing to be the best. It's that in which grEnz prides itself: best quality at the best price.

"What types of plants do you typically use?"

Plants are truly at the heart of any land management practice, so

there are a handful of important things to say here! 

For starters:

grEnz closely curates a diverse array native plant and crop variety selections for all applicable services, with attention to quality and genetics.

 grEnz also produces many plants in-house —and looks to sell surplus inventory and even fulfill custom orders.

grEnz also is, generally, knowledgeable about available options for plant procurement and acquisitions, including rare specimens and large-quantity orders.

"So, natives... and crops?"

Yes! Here's why and how:

Plants can, yes, but rather SHOULD, due to operational efficiency and economic benefit, be cropped in many site contexts that aren't (yet!) per se designated as farm land

grEnz offers these dynamic approaches to clients in need, the secondary windfall benefit of which is to help alleviate the production demands on the defective contemporary agriculture system. 

Conversely, for agricultural contexts, utilizing native plants to obtain ecological services is highly valuable and worthwhile. Done properly, it is straightforward, high+multi-benefit, and ultra-low-risk. grEnz can inexpensively provide farms with key direction on how to approach this economically in order to drive optimize operational efficiency, achieve dynamic results, with supreme ecological benefit and, to boot, entrancing aesthetic beauty.

Speaking of aesthetics:

While natives can often supplant ornamental, non-native, and landscape cultivar plants, aesthetic cultivars can also be great choices, within the curtilage of the landscape in the limited circumstances where natives don't fit a certain specification. These plants can still benefit the ecosystem and benefit tremendously from high-end biological fertility and plant care regimens that grEnz seamlessly offers.

Note: what grEnz must refuse is to select invasive plants and also will subject to scrutiny any possible genetic contaminators (i.e. Japanese Maple where native maples are nearby).
