Co-Instructors
Dr Adolf Kofi Awua: Principal Research Scientist at the Radiological and Medical Sciences Research Institute, Ghana Atomic Energy Commission. Dr Awua is focused on infectious agents research, bioethics reflections and is interested in environmental ethics.
Dr. Kyle Ferguson: Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy at Hunter College, the City University of New York. Dr. Ferguson has a research focus on ethics, bioethics, and environmental ethics.
What to Expect
The co-instructors in this program will deliver the latest insights on sustainability, human health, and environmental risks. Designed to equip participants with critical knowledge in environmental ethics, this course builds the capacity of leaders to drive strategic solutions and effectively transfer these concepts to graduate students at the University of Ghana.
Targeted Audience
This exclusive opportunity is tailored for faculty teaching within the MSc in Bioethics program, fulfilling the RITP program commitment to elevate workforce capabilities. By bringing learning and resources to the interested personnel at the School of Public Health at the University of Ghana. The RITP project through this initiative aims to build robust capacity and empower educators to drive impactful results.
