1. Services Provided

2. Service Terms

Eligibility You must be 18 years or older to request services from Greg's Grade A Appliance Repair. By booking a service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Scheduling and Availability All appointments are subject to availability. We strive to accommodate your schedule, but Greg's Grade A Appliance Repair reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies or technician unavailability.

Diagnostic Fees A diagnostic fee may apply for inspecting and diagnosing issues with appliances. This fee is non-refundable but will be credited toward the total repair cost if services are rendered.

3. Pricing and Payment

Quotes and Estimates All quotes and estimates provided are based on the initial diagnosis. Additional costs may apply if unforeseen issues are discovered during the repair process.

Late Payments Late payments may incur additional fees. Greg's Grade A Appliance Repair reserves the right to refuse future services to customers with outstanding balances.

• Loss of food or perishables due to appliance failure.

• Indirect or consequential damages arising from repair delays or failures.

Customer Responsibility It is the customer’s responsibility to:

• Ensure appliances are accessible at the time of service.

• Provide accurate information about the appliance’s condition and history.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Arlington, TX.
