I officiate the connection of two beautiful hearts, and it is an honour to do this for you. As a former Race Relations Commissioner, I have a very good insight to inter-racial marriages and the bonding of families from different cultural backgrounds. It really puts a smile on my face, and warms my heart to be part of such a special event.
