Short Bio
Welcome to my website,
I am a Senior Fellow at the Brussels-based think tank Bruegel and an Associate Professor of Economics at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in Paris where I'm teaching in the Master of Finance (course material available here).
My research interests lie mainly in the fields of macroeconomic policies, central banking and European economic governance / public policies. You can find out more about my research here.
Prior to joining Bruegel I conducted research in several capacities, including as a visiting researcher in the Financial Research Department of the Central Bank of Chile in Santiago, as an economist in the Economic Research Department of the French bank Crédit Agricole, and in the Economic Department of the French Embassy in Chicago.
I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the European University Institute (Florence), a MSc in Economics from Paris X University and a MSc in Management from HEC (Paris).
