My research interests lie somewhere in the union of Industrial Organization, Public Economics, and Behavioral Economics. Two broad research questions I am interested in studying are:

1. Given a set of objectives and constraints what sorts of experimental variation should a market designer ask for in to optimally learn about the key parameters necessary to set optimal policy? When even exogenous variation does not yield sufficient information, how might a market designer who is worried about model misspecification mitigate these concerns?

2. What should optimal taxation/pricing policies be in the presence of behavioral biases, and how can data be used to identify the parameters necessary to implement these optimal policies?
