Current Lecturer and researcher, Faculty of management, Gdynia Maritime University, This is a full academic role, including scholarship, teaching, research and administration. My research focuses on social mobility and health, social networks and human capital. I teach quantitative methods, finance and investments. I founded and run the Investments Society at UMG.
2022 Investments Society- Founder, responsible for strategic focus of the society at the GMU.
2020-2021 Researcher, Polish Academy of Science.
2012- 2019 Lecturer, Faculty of management, University of Gdansk, This was a full academic role, including scholarship, teaching, research and administration.
2006-2007 Entrepreneurs Society- co-founder and committee member. University of Plymouth.
Actively involved in running the society. Responsible for organizing meetings and strategic focus.
2009-2011 PhD Economics- University of Southampton. Thesis: Social networks in education.

2007-2008 MSc Economics- University of Southampton. Modules included: International Trade, Trade, Policy and Development, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, Quantitative Economics.

Analytical & Problem Solving
· Experience in collecting raw data, using various sampling techniques.
· Experienced in econometric modelling, cross section and time series analysis. Experience in using IV method, Probit / Logit models and panel data analysis.
· Working within project environments at the university developed capability of identifying a problem situation,
effectively analyzing it and drawing conclusions.
