How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Greenwort account and associated data, email:
greenwort.app@gmail.com
Use the subject line:
Delete my Greenwort account
In your request, include the email address you use for your Greenwort account.
What happens when you request deletion
When we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize the data associated with your Greenwort account as reasonably required to stop providing the service to you.
This may include:
- Your account record
- Your saved reading progress
- Your saved vocabulary and related learning data
- Content you uploaded or imported into the app
- Feedback messages associated with your account where practical
Data that may be retained for a limited time
Some data may be kept for a limited period where reasonably necessary for:
- Subscription, billing, or transaction records
- Security, fraud prevention, and abuse investigation
- Legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of our terms
- Backup, logging, and system integrity processes
If data must be retained, we will keep it only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Important note
Deleting your Greenwort account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be canceled separately in Google Play.
