The company's Founder President and Managing Director, Mr. Rohit Kalra, is a qualified Electrical Engineer and MBA with over 35 years of experience. He has successfully run businesses in civil and electrical contracts, manufacturing of Suspended Access Platforms, and marketing of Electronic Security Systems. For the past decade, he has served as a consultant for marketing and operations across projects in real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, industrial, and e-governance sectors involving construction, electromechanical systems, security, and powered access equipment.

Ms. Archana Kalra, Director and CEO, is also a qualified Electrical Engineer and MBA with over 30 years of experience in marketing and operations, particularly in the ITES industry. She possesses deep knowledge and reach in government departments across India.

Mr. Nitin Sharma, Director – Marketing, brings over two decades of experience in the healthcare domain with reputed groups such as United Healthcare, ICICI Lombard, Aditya Birla Group, and TTK Group. He has represented various organizations at national and international forums and currently oversees major CSR and infrastructure mandates, including a tribal housing initiative aimed at constructing one million homes across India.
