Grand Master Eric Greenquist

Grand Master Eric Greenquist began his martial arts training in 1973 at the then State School of Science in Wahpeton, North Dakota. He tested for his 1st degree black belt in 1983 under the direction of Great Grand Master Moo Yong Yun. In March of 2012, Grand Master Eric tested for and successfully completed promotion to 8th degree black belt in Seoul, South Korea. he also has previously attained the rank of 6th degree Maser in Hapkido and 4th degree Master in Kumdo making him a "triple master" of martial arts.

In 1983, Grand Master Eric opened his first Tae kwon Do gym in Fergus Falls, MN. Since then, the Greenquist Academy association has expanded to include over 35 schools in five states and Canada with the main headquarters in Breckenridge, MN.

Grand Master Eric has 30+ years of instructing experience. He has been traveling to South Korea since 1993 with his instructor, Great Grand Master Moo Young Yun, for specialized training. He also serves as an adjunct professor of Tae Kwon Do at the North Dakota State College of science, as an instructor at the Circle of Nations School (Native American Boarding School) in Wahpeton, North Dakota and director of Law Enforcement Martial Arts training for the Richland County Sheriff's Department.

Master Celeste Greenquist

Master Celeste Greenquist is a Kukkiwon Certified 6th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a 3rd degree black belt in Hapkido. She began her Tae kwon Do training in 1987 under the direction of Grand Master Eric Greenquist while attending North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton and continues to instruct and train at the main gym in Breckenridge, MN.

Master Celest has made three trips to Seoul, South Korea for specialized training. She traveled to South Korea in 1998, 2007 and 2010 - the latter two trips of which she led all ladies' trips under the direction of Great Grand Master Yun and attained her 6th degree black belt in Tae kwon Do as well as her 3rd degree black belt in Hapkido.
