Publication in IEEE Xplore

The WS11 ICC 2024 Workshop - GreenNet Proceedings will be included in IEEE Xplore Publications. All authors who have been accepted must register for the conference and attend the conference to present their papers. Authors who do not attend the conference to present their papers, or arrange for a co-author or knowledgeable colleague to present their paper in the absence of the primary author, will not have their paper published in IEEE Xplore, per IEEE policy, with the following exception: Those authors who will not be allowed to travel to the conference due to visa issues or strict national rules will be given the opportunity to present their accepted work through a video presentation.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a submission from distribution after the conference, including exclusion from IEEE Xplore if the submission does not meet IEEE standards for scope and/or quality. Articles excluded from further distribution shall be archived by IEEE but shall not be indexed or appear on IEEE Xplore.

Registration

You MUST register before uploading your final version of the paper. You can find the author registration form on the website. The final IEEE formatted, publication-ready papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author (including students) has registered for the Workshop at "Workshop Author" registration rate and paid the non-refundable author registration fee.

One author registration will cover the publication expenses of three (3) accepted papers.  Authors presenting more than 3 papers must pay an additional full registration for the 4th paper.  In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.

Although the registration confirmation code enables submission of up to THREE papers, it can only be used once, by a single author, to create an author account for the submissions. Please do not share your registration confirmation code with anyone else.

PLEASE NOTE: A REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION CODE CAN BE ASSOCIATED ONLY TO PAPER(S) IN WHICH THE REGISTRANT IS AN AUTHOR OR CO-AUTHOR. VIOLATION OF THIS RULE, SUCH AS ASSOCIATING A REGISTRATION CODE WITH A PAPER NOT AUTHORED BY THE REGISTRANT, IS CONSIDERED A SERIOUS OFFENSE.

Paper Revision and Final Manuscript Upload

Each accepted paper is limited to 6 pages (or no more than 7 pages with USD 100 over-length charge for the extra page). You are strongly recommended to revise your paper in consideration of the reviewers' comments. Your Workshop Organizers may contact you if they are not satisfied with your final version of your paper. Please note that the paper title as well as the list and order of authors cannot be changed after the paper is accepted. Failure to abide by this policy may result in the removal of your paper from the final conference program.

The final camera-ready manuscript is due by 29 March 2024, but you must be registered for WS11 ICC 2024 Workshop - GreenNet before uploading your final version of the paper. You can find the author registration form on the website.  Once you have registered for the workshop, you will receive a confirmation code that you will use when you upload the paper. More details on the final camera-ready manuscript upload process can be found on the “Authors/Instructions for Final Paper Upload” page.

Presentation Format and Session

No-Show Policy

A paper that fails to meet this requirement will be removed from the final conference proceedings before uploading to IEEE Xplore®. No refund will be made to the authors of these papers. Please read carefully the full policy shown below under "IEEE COMSOC POLICY".
