All solar installation, maintenance, cleaning, and removal services provided by Greenleaf Solar LLC are subject to a written contract outlining project scope, pricing, warranties, and timelines. Verbal agreements are not binding until formalized in writing.

2. Pricing & Payments

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. A deposit may be required to secure your installation date, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards, with financing options available through approved partners.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services within 3 business days of signing the contract for a full refund of deposits. Cancellations after this period may incur fees based on work completed and materials ordered.

4. Warranties & Liabilities

We honor manufacturer warranties on equipment and provide workmanship guarantees as specified in your contract. Greenleaf Solar LLC is not liable for damages caused by extreme weather, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications to your system.

5. Property Access & Safety

Clients must ensure safe access to the installation site and disclose any property hazards (asbestos, roof damage, etc.). Additional charges may apply if work is delayed due to unprepared sites or inaccessible areas.

6. Data Collection

We collect necessary information to provide and improve our services, as detailed in our Privacy Policy (available on our website). By using our services, you consent to this data collection in accordance with that policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, proposals, and system configurations created by Greenleaf Solar LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized sharing or replication of our solar designs is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first attempt resolution through mediation in Ridge Spring, SC. If unresolved, claims must be filed in the appropriate court within Aiken County, SC.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
