This Privacy Policy is intended to explain to you how GreenFlow APP (hereinafter referred to as "this application") collects, uses, stores and shares your personal information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using this application.
Definition
Personal information: Refers to all kinds of information recorded in electronic or other forms that can identify the identity of a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person. In this application, the personal information involved includes but is not limited to your plant photos, contact list related information, geographical location information, etc. (specific details are subject to actual collection).
Collection of Personal Information
Information related to camera permissions:
When you use the function of taking photos to record plants or their states in this application, we will apply for camera permission. After enabling this permission, the application can invoke the device camera to take pictures, so as to capture the growth status, appearance details and other images of the plants, which can be used for you to create plant growth profiles and record maintenance conditions within the application. We will not use the camera permission for any other purposes without your authorization, and will only invoke the camera when you actively use the photo-taking function.
Information related to album permissions:
After you take pictures of plants with your camera, the photos will be stored in the album of your device. If you wish to view and manage these photos in this application, such as adding records, browsing the growth changes of plants by timeline, etc., we will apply for album permission. After obtaining the album permission, we will only read the plant photo information related to this application, and will not read other irrelevant image data in the album, nor will we use these photos for any other purposes without your permission.
Information related to address book permissions:
If you use the function related to adding store contact information in this application and choose to obtain contact information through the address book, we will apply for address book permission. We will only read the contact information you select to fulfill the communication needs related to your purchase. We will not collect all your contact data, nor will we use this information for any other purposes.
Information related to location permissions:
When you use the functions related to the purchase location in this application, we will apply for location permission to obtain your geographical location information. This is mainly to help you determine the location to purchase plant-related goods or services. We only collect your approximate geographical location information and do not obtain precise positioning. We only obtain relevant information during the application usage period.
Use of Personal Information
Providing services: We use the personal information we collect to provide, maintain and improve the functions and services of this application for you. For example, use plant photos to record the growth process of plants; Assist in completing purchase communication based on the information in the contact list; Recommend suitable purchase locations for you based on geographical location information.
Security Assurance: It is used to prevent, detect and investigate fraud, infringement, security threats, illegal activities or violations of our agreements and rules, in order to protect your and this application's legitimate rights and interests.
Storage of Personal Information
Storage Location: We will store the personal information we collect on your local device. This application is a stand-alone APP and will not transfer your personal information to external servers.
Retention Period: We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. You can delete the relevant information at any time through the in-app functions or device Settings. We will no longer retain these data after you delete them.
Sharing, Transfer and Public Disclosure of Personal Information
We will not share or transfer your personal information to any third party, nor will we disclose it publicly, except in the following circumstances:

You can delete the relevant information through the in-app deletion function or directly at the corresponding locations such as the device album and contacts. We will no longer retain it.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your previous consent for our collection and use of your personal information at any time. You can achieve this by disabling application-related permissions (such as turning off camera, album, contacts, and location permissions in device Settings). After withdrawing your consent, we will no longer process your personal information based on that consent, but the processing actions that have been carried out based on that consent will remain valid until the withdrawal.
Safety Measures
We take appropriate technical measures and other security measures to ensure the security of your personal information stored locally on the device, preventing information leakage, loss, abuse, etc. However, please understand that due to technical limitations and various possible risks, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the information.
Protection of Minors
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If minors use this application, we recommend that they do so under the guidance of their guardians. We do not intentionally collect personal information of minors. If we find that we have collected personal information of minors, we will delete the relevant information as soon as possible.
Changes to the Privacy Agreement
We may modify this Privacy Policy in accordance with updates to laws and regulations, business development, and other circumstances.
