Starting at age four, children receive instruction on basic swim skills.
Once children have mastered basic swim skills, they will learn and develop specific strokes and compete in swim meets.
Whether just learning to swim, or already a confident swimmer, there is a place for every child on the Gremlins swim team.
WHY SWIM? Swimming is both and individual and team sport. Participants are encouraged to set individual goals while also learning the value of teamwork. We work to develop culture of team spirit, encouragement, motivation, community, and good sportsmanship. Children learn to both give and receive support from teammates -- a valuable life lesson for any child. Swim team is the best way to learn to swim and participate in an organized sport with friends, siblings, and neighbors from age four all the way up to age 18!
