Venue Inclusions:

Venue Areas: Pergola & Stage, Lawn Access.
Event Window: A four (4) hour period of your choosing between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

🛎️ Services & Amenities:

Tables & Seating: 8 modern wood and metal tables with seating for up to 40 guests.
Creame umbrellas
Bar: One dedicated bar area.
Vendor Freedom: Zero restrictions or upcharges on outside vendors.

🎵 Entertainment & Guest Count:

Music: Small portable speaker allowed (90-decibel volume limit). Live music, PA systems, or DJs available upon request
Maximum Guests: 50 Guests.

✨ Special Pricing Options:

Weekend Intimate: $4,000 for Friday & Saturday events with a guest count of 50 & under.
Weekday Value: $3,000 for events held Sunday through Thursday (maximum 40 guests).
