Creating an Account

Already have a Chariot account?

Open your Profile page.

The account has to be with your work email.

So either log out of your personal Chariot account and create a new account using your work email address or change the email address to be your work address.

Creating an account:

1. Download the Chariot app https://www.chariot.com/download
2. Create an account using your work email address.
3. Chariot will send you an email verifying your email address.
4. Make sure to verify or your account won't finish setting up.

Setting up your Profile:

This is an essential step for you to be able to access the prototypes we are testing.

Open the Chariot app -> open the Profile page -> Add in your

• name
• verify your phone number
• Add your SF home address
• For your work address put 22nd St. Caltrain.

Access:

We will review your survey answers and if you meet what we are looking for in participants and there is still capacity on the shuttle, we will add your work email address to the system and send you a welcome text and email message.

Booking a ride:

1. Open the Chariot app
2. If the route doesn't appear automatically, select the route button in the upper right and then scroll to the Corporate section and select "Greenfield Labs."
3. For AM you can book as early as 6:15 AM and for PM you can book as early as 5:15 pm
4. To view the departure times, click on the stop you want to board at.
5. To book a ride, press on the stop you want to board.
6. Press the "Select Chariot" button.
7. Select your destination

Troubleshooting:

1. Try changing location from Bay Area to Austin and then back to Bay Area
2. Remove app and adding it back on your phone
3. Be sure you clicked on email to confirm your email address from Chariot
