2. Masks are not required and it will be a personal decision for those who attend, to wear or not wear a mask.
3. Please consider bringing one of the following:
Main Dish, Dessert, Snack, Beverage or any special dish, i.e. Vegan

Landscaping
Landscaping is done bi-monthly. Work is contracted for outside Unit Property lines and high visibility common areas
Be sure to maintain and keep up individual unit yard and common element areas within unit property lines, this is a homeowner/resident responsibility per community guidelines, bylaws and rules.
