The intention of this site, is to create a place of common community awareness for the community as neighbors with shared interests, concerns, and goals impacting the community and residents, in the best interest of all who live here.
Our community, is a shared community between two associations, GB1 and GB2. Our neighbors are and belong to their own separate HOA. Our community is a COA. GB2 was established in 2012 and subsequent homeowners moved in, in 3 phases from 2013 until the final phase was completed. GB2 is a community of 74 Resident Units.

Parking is very limited and it is the responsibility of every Homeowner and Resident to register vehicles parking within the community with the Community Registry and keep all changes updated through the Community Property Management Team. If you have not done so, please register any and all vehicles. Subsequent to that, make sure you are provided a Community Parking Sticker and place this on the front windshield of your vehicle(s) to assure your vehicle can be easily identified as belonging to the community. Registration can be completed through Agynbyte using the service support e-mail account: service@agynbyte.com
Visitors visiting and parking on a regular basis within the community and for more than 24 hours, should also be registered and a Visitor Sticker can be issued to Homeowners and Residents requesting this, to ensure there are no parking issues for non-resident, guest parking. Each Resident is limited to one sticker and any requests over that in a fiscal year will be at a cost to the resident. Coordinate with Agynbyte Service, if needed.
