Yawntreshia Coleman is a social entrepreneur, climate justice organizer, and education advocate based in Birmingham, AL. She serves as the Managing Director of Coleman and Company LLC, a business & resource development firm. Discovering a natural knack for business, she had started offshoots of the firm. 

A certified Alabama Master Gardener, Coleman opened The Green Thumb, a plant shop & green gaming room in the Woodlawn Community in May 2023. During the pandemic, she launched the pop-up picnic and scavenger hunt food tour business, Magic City Food Tours & Luxury Picnics in 2021. Currently, she is working on a lunch service, a business app, a 501c3 nonprofit organization & a pop-up climate museum that will all be housed at The Green Thumb.
