Passion for one's heritage is ignited through the exposure and understanding of one's history and culture, which then encourages the preservation of their heritage language. We believe that children who develop a passion for their Greek heritage will grow to become active and engaged members within the Greek community.
Mission
St. Demetrios Greek School endeavours to expose its students to Greek culture, geography, language, and dance.
To promote a positive and engaging experience for the student, learning will be conducted in a fun, interactive, safe and inclusive environment using games, stories, songs, movement and other appropriate educational media.
