Showcasing the Versatility of the Clydesdale with Class
How it all began - Ted was purchased at the Corsica Horse Sale in 2009 . Shane and Kate met in 2015 and showed horses in Nebraska at open horse shows. They have expanded the versatility of the breed by showing at National and World shows in the USA and Canada. They strive to show the versatility of the breed by riding them in many events from English and Western Pleasure to checking cattle in pastures and trail riding. The horses are also used in driving from spreading manure to planting small plots of sweet corn and digging up potatoes in the fall.

Katy is extremely versatile - she rides and drives, all while producing foals for us - She is extremely athletic, loves to get out - but she's also one who enjoys splashing in the creek. Her first foal, Brooklynn, is a looker and will have her size! Her second foal, a stud colt, Chester, is a high stepper with a prance on him! Look for him in future cart classes or even snatch him up for your hitch!
Katy is safe for youth to handle and has been shown in cart with novice youth drivers at the National Clydesdale Show. Katy has been to several classical dressage schooling shows and has scored in the mid to upper seventy percentiles. If we ever get time to add her back to the Show String, she will be schooling First Level.
June is our Broodmare only - Kate has done ground driving on her and we have sat on her but never took her out for a spin. June is a full sister to Katy and one year older. She came to us already bred with Baby A in utero. June was our first Clydesdale Broodmare and foaling of Allison. Let's say, we caught the bug and this is why we are where we are today. June is so easy to handle, happy where ever you need to place her, extremely excited when it's her turn to go someplace new - even if it's to the vet for an ultrasound.... June's second foal for us is the 2023 stud colt, Bennett. She didn't give him any flashy white markings but chose to mark him perfectly for use in a future Budweiser Hitch. June's 2025 stud colt, Cosmo, is nearly identical to his full bother with a black front right leg, but still has the most beautiful white feather on that leg.

Anderson's Della
CBUSA Reg. #:9076459
DOB: May 2025
Sire: Anderson's Taurus - Grandsire: Willow Way Kelso
Dam: Anderson's Daphne - Great Grandam: Collessie Venus
We were given the opportunity to purchase a young filly from Anderson Farms October 2025. When we saw the breeding, we knew she would make a great addition to our breeding program. Kate made a quick trip to the farm to view Della who was freshly weaned with other foals and not halter broke. The eye on this filly would melt anyone heart.
Being in the middle of Grain Harvest, we opted to pick her up later in 2025 but were excited when Beddow Clydesdales of Ainsworth, NE reached out and said they had a trailer going through. Jeff Beddow picked up and delivered this fancy filly within a couple of weeks.
Della is now halter broke, has had her hooves trimmed by Kate and is full of spunk. We plan to raise her for a future broodmare and also train her for riding and harness when she is older. For now, she is enjoying all the special attention.

SOLD - Carmin, the Thoroughbred - Clydesdale filly, is thriving. She is halter broke and leads around the farm. She enjoys neck and chest scratches, being groomed with a dandy brush and always greets you every morning with the cutest nicker. She hangs with her sire and being independent, we think weaning will be easy! Carmin is full of energy, always exploring and wandering the pasture.
SOLD - Chester was born January 4, 2025. Single digit temperatures and wind chill into the negatives for the first 5 days of his life. Fortunately, we were prepared with a large, heavy bedded indoor stall with lots of straw and even a blanket for the newest arrival. He is a perfectly marked Stud Colt. RC Bohls Katie had him with ease. Born with a wealth of hair, he hasn't even noticed how chilly it is outside. Finn has given this stud colt his big bone and kind sweet eye.
