Bequia, SVG

April 2022.  After a day of sailing down from St. Lucia, here we are arriving at Bequia.  Unbeknownst to us, Kenmore Henville of Bequia Photo Action (https://www.bequiaphotoaction.com/) happened to be there and took some great shots of us.

Dashaies, Guadeloupe

After a couple days of sailing south from St. Kitts and Nevis, with a night stop at Montserrat, we arrived at Deshaies to check into the french island of Guadeloupe.  Its remarkable the difference from the french islands to many others in the Caribbean; here you are in the land of wine, bread and late night dining on french cuisine.  Bon Appetit!

"And after two days in civilization we realized we could never stay for long and started to plan our next adventure." —Bob Bitchin (Letters from the Lost Soul)

Saba

Saba is part of the Leeward islands in the Caribbean, referred to as one of the 'islands that brush the clouds', and it is true. Not an island that many people sail to,  with no anchoring permitted and less than 10 moorings for use, there isn't a lot of tourism on this 'Unspoiled Queen'. However, the Sabans say once you visit Saba, you will never forget it. They are right.
