"Declaring Independence and Ice Cream Social" at Hope Lodge
August 2nd, 2026
Hope Lodge will be hosting on Sunday, August 2nd, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, a free, public celebration for America’s 250th birthday. This community event features a dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence by historical actor Steven Edenbo as Thomas Jefferson, live music by the Philly Fife and Drum Company, and an ice cream social (while supplies last).
