The Greater Tokyo area is serviced primarily by Haneda Airport (HND) and Narita Airport (NRT), with Haneda being more centrally located. They both offer a variety of transportation options depending on your budget. Please use the above links to help with planning.
FAQs:
UBER: The app exists here and can be used in English. It will require a digital payment method to be already setup as you cannot pay with cash. It is the same cost as a taxi, but allows the ease of pre-mapping your destination.
SUICA/PASMO (transportation cards/e-money): These cards can be very useful for those planning to be in Japan for more than just a few days as they can be used in a variety of situations. Airports and some other tourist centers are selling Welcome Suica and PASMO Passport (functionally identical) for visitors only that expire after 28 days. There is also the ability to potentially use this feature with Apple/Google Pay if your phone supports this feature.
Tokyo has an overwhelming number of hotels, with most using agoda.com, booking.com, hotels.com, or Airbnb.

We suggest to not bring an excess of materials to the fair and we will not be allowing paper-based contact forms nor digital-based contact forms. Please register for StriveScan if you wish to connect with students after the fair. We all suggest for safety and early preparation to send materials to your hotel in advance.
If absolutely necessary, materials can be sent to our address below. Please also write "For College Fair" largely on the shipment.
