HUD-CoC-Homelessness Housing
In Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, United Neighborhood Centers of Northeastern Pennsylvania coordinates the HUD Continuum of Care (CoC), which includes some of the programming related to homelessness. The CoC participates in the larger, Lackawanna County Housing Coalition, which includes non-CoC groups.
