The Greater Portmore Table Tennis Club was established in 2013 by Mr. Matthew Dawson, an International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) level 2 coach at the Greater Portmore Primary School as a part of the school’s trust to widen its sporting program. With this goal in mind the school’s students were the sole members of the club. However, it was later open to other students who add to the growing dynamics of players.

The club has become known for an unparalleled commitment to players’ development and satisfaction in reaching their personal goals and corporate objectives of the club and by extension the community. It’s this standard of excellence that has provided the impetus for us to grow into the club we are today which boast a quality of players who have made their mark both locally and internationally.

Fun and open, the Greater Portmore Table Tennis Club is for people of all gender and ages. You will be able to practice and play "Table Tennis", and also meet people with the pleasure of taking a racket to entertain and create links beyond the table.
