Campus Staff Minister positions are for those who have some ministry experience and want to make a three to five year, full-time commitment. Our Campus Staff Ministers have the chance to impact a generation of college students as they work with teammates to plant new InterVarsity ministries and develop existing ones.
Our Campus Ministry Associate roles provide a great way to gain ministry experience and help you decide if full-time InterVarsity staff is a good fit. These positions are open to recent graduates, as well as 4th year students who are wanting to make a one year commitment.
