We build leadership teams of students and faculty to reach the entire campus. By ministering on the college campus, we long to see students and faculty to be lifelong disciples of Jesus. Campus Staff Minister positions are for those who have some ministry experience and want to make a three to five year, full-time commitment. Our Campus Staff Ministers have the chance to impact a generation of college students as they work with teammates to plant new InterVarsity ministries and develop existing ones.
Our campus internships provide a great way to gain ministry experience and help you decide if full-time InterVarsity staff is a good fit. These positions are open to recent graduates, as well as 3rd and 4th year students and are wanting to make a one year commitment.
