Complete Application
Have your resume and transcript ready to begin your application.
To save and finish your application later, put something in the answer box for each question and return to the Candidate Home when you are ready.
When you are finished with your application, click Submit.
Submit References
If you are moved forward after the application review, you will recieve an email with a link to submit the names and email addresses of 3 references. Consider now who those may be. You will be asked for an IV Staff Reference, a Pastoral Reference, and a reference from a person that has been under your leadership.
Complete Additional Information
You will get an email with a link to additional documents to review, a Ministry Partnership Development Prospect Tool, and a short set of questions to answer. Submit the additional materials within 3 days of receiving the email in the Candidate Home.
Interview
If you are moved forward, you will be contacted for a panel interview. The interview day is scheduled for January 12, 2026 for CSMs and February 14, 2026 for CMAs in Orange County. Please tentatively reserve 10 am - 2 pm that day.

If hired, you will receive an email with a link to the Offer Letter.
You will receive documents to review.
Sign all documents via AdobeSign in the Candidate Home within 3 days of receiving the offer letter.
