Each of these seasoned performers brings a wildly unique background—from mainstage theater and screen acting to national comedy festivals and world-class instruction. Together, they bring razor-sharp wit, high-octane energy, and years of stage experience to fuel an unforgettable night of unscripted hilarity (and lead our exclusive masterclass workshops!).
Christy Bruce
Christy began improvising at The Loose Moose Theatre in Calgary at 16, where she studied with Keith Johnstone for over a decade. Keith instilled in her a passion for narrative improv, and she has since specialized in creating compelling, connected stories in the moment. After touring internationally, Christy made Toronto home and has been performing, teaching, directing, and facilitating there ever since. She can often be found improvising around the city, and has performed on stages around the world, including Broadway and London’s West End.
Some of her on-screen credits are: Ghosts, Run the Burbs, Wayward, Schitt’s Creek, and The Handmaid’s Tale, as well as a few Lifetime thrillers—where her kids are almost certainly getting into trouble.
