Aim

To create a flourishing, inclusive community of educational practitioners using the best available evidence and technology

To consider how might we enable educators to access relevant and trustworthy research on pedagogical methods that enhance student engagement, motivation and flourishing?

Objectives

Reflect on and explore educator practitioner ways of knowing

Extend practice with bite-sized theory

Build a community of practice, co-create innovation in field of clinical education

Engage student – educator voice in practice development

Dates, programme, pre-reading

Wednesdays 2 – 5pm:

15th Oct 2025: Design and plan learning activities and/or programmes (A1, 01). Pre-Reading: Teaching on the run
26th Nov 2025: Teach and support/facilitate learning through appropriate approaches and environments (A2, 02) Readings: Teaching on the run and Asking Questions
17th Dec 2025: Assess and give feedback on learning. AI. (A3, 03)
7th Jan 2026: Support and guide learners (A4)
4th Feb 2026: CPD (A5), Educational scholarship and evidence based practice (04)
18th March 2026: Educational management and leadership (05)
