Events At The Hall

Great Limber Village Hall hosts a variety of events throughout the year, from regular social gatherings to one-off community activities. These events provide opportunities for local people to come together, take part in village life and enjoy shared experiences in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

Race Night 20/03/2026

Once again, we welcome R.N Promotions to the hall for Race Night! £5 per ticket, no tickets on door. Fully licensed bar with pie & peas! If you wish to sponsor a race let us know!

Dog Show 17/05/2026

Fun dog show! Featuring multiple categories for a fun day out! The bar, kitchen & BBQ open for refreshments. From 11am - 4pm.

Free entry for guests, £2 per class entry.

Car, Bike & Tractor Show 07/06/2026

Enjoy a great day celebrating cars, bikes and tractors, with a wide variety of vehicles on display.

Open to vehicles of all ages. Bar, kitchen &BBQ open fo refreshments. Entrance £3 PP. Email: caretakerglvh@gmail.com to take part.

Lazy Carboot 09/08/2026

Join us for our first Great Limber carboot from 11am-3pm. Come sell and buy, with free entry for all buyers and only £5 to set up a stall!

Christmas Fair 08/11/2026

Our Christmas fair is always a massive hit, with a wide range of stalls inside and out. Come and join us for a festive feel, tree and lights turn on.

Mulled wine, hot chocolate, music and Christmas snacks available. Starting Christmas celebrations at a new time of 2pm-7pm.

Christmas Lunch 04/12/2026

Join us for a lovely lunch, great company and a school choir!

Open to all Great Limber residents and for those with links to the village.

£1 nominal fee.

New! Midweek Mingle

Friendly welcome for everybody, with soup, sandwich, cake and a cuppa. Catch up with friends & enjoy some lunch.

12noon-2pm, Last Wednesday of the month, 28th Jan, 25th Feb, 25th March, 28th Oct, 25th Nov.

This January we are joined by the Energy Outreach Project which offers free, practical energy advice to help households stay warm and manage their energy bills. Delivered in partnership with YMCA Lincolnshire Communities and Citizens Advice, the project provides local support on energy saving, available grants and household assistance in a friendly, informal setting
