Benefits kids’ physical wellness, academic success, & social-emotional health. Great way for the kiddos to get moving, focused, and practice mindfulness.

Cosmic Kids has great kid friendly yoga and mindfulness videos to keep kiddos focused, calm, and engaged. We have done some in class and they love it! Great way to start the day, take a break, or end the day!
