1. Introduction Welcome to GR CONVERTER PRO. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our tactical mapping and coordinate conversion application. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information Collection and Use We prioritize a privacy-first user experience. We only request the permissions and data strictly necessary for the app to function:

• Precise Location Data (GPS): We use your device's GPS to provide real-time coordinate conversions, map centering, and tactical navigation. This data is processed locally on your device.

• Foreground Location Services: To support our Tactical Route Tracker, the app utilizes a secure foreground service to access your location. This ensures continuous, accurate route logging during field operations while the app is actively running, maintaining a persistent notification even when your device screen is locked. We do not request or utilize background location permissions. Your location data is processed locally and is never transmitted to our servers.

• Local Device Storage: Operational data—including custom Waypoints, saved Tactical Routes, Tactical Reports, and downloaded Offline Map Caches (AO Tiles)—is stored directly and securely on your device's local storage. We do not transmit, sync, or back up this data to any external servers.

• Clipboard Access: We request clipboard access solely when you use the "PASTE LINK" function to extract coordinates. We do not store, track, or transmit your clipboard history.

• Device Identifiers: We use third-party services (Google AdMob) that collect advertising identifiers to facilitate ad delivery.

3. Third-Party Service Providers To provide advanced mapping, monetization, and subscription services, we integrate with secure third-party platforms:

• Map Tile Providers (Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Esri, Carto, OpenTopo): Retrieving live map tiles, as well as downloading high-resolution tiles for the Offline Cache engine, inherently exposes your IP address to these providers to fetch and render the map imagery.

• Google AdMob: We display advertisements (including banner, interstitial, and app-open ads) to support the app for non-PRO users. AdMob may collect your device’s advertising ID to show relevant content.

• RevenueCat & Google Play Billing: We offer an optional "PRO" subscription. All payments are securely handled by Google Play Billing, and subscription statuses are verified via RevenueCat. We do not store your financial details or credit card information.

4. Analytics and Tracking We do not use generalized usage tracking or analytics tools (such as Google Analytics). Our partners (RevenueCat and AdMob) only collect the minimum data required to verify your subscription status and serve advertisements. We do not collect your email address for marketing purposes.

5. Children’s Privacy Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

6. Security of Data We mitigate data breach risks by processing and storing the entirety of your location data, tactical tracking history, and offline maps locally on your device rather than on external servers. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic device storage is 100% secure.
