Application Deadline and Required Documentation:

Please ensure that the online application is completed by April 30th. Applicants are suggested to specify 1-3 preferred research laboratories for their internship. The application form consists of four main sections:

1. Consent for Personal Data Usage
2. Basic Information
3. Internship Laboratory Preference
4. Document Upload: Please compile the following documents into a single PDF file, named using your name. The file size should not exceed 10MB.

      (1) Personal statement + photo (JPG file <500KB)

      (2) Motivation for application

      (3) Relevant experience, background, and research interests

      (4) Have you encountered any academic or research challenges? How did you overcome them?

      (5) Expected goals (What skills or knowledge do you hope to gain from this program?)

      (6) Future aspirations

      (7) Student ID (or admission/enrollment certificate)

      (8) Transcript

      (9) Other supporting documents
          (if you have a recommendation letter, please ask your recommender to email the electronic file to Ms. Chien before the application deadline on April 30).
