I am an econometrician and empirical economist with research interests in Macroeconometrics, Time series econometrics, Empirical macroeconomics, Finance, and International economics.

I am currently a Research Fellow in Econometrics at the Department of Economics of the University of Bologna.

In March 2026, I will join the Department of Economics of the University of Verona as a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Econometrics (RTT).

Over the last few years, I have been Assistant Professor of Econometrics (RTDa) at the Department of Economics of the University of Bologna (2022-2025) and Adjunct Professor of Finance at the Johns Hopkins University SAIS Europe (2020-2021). I obtained my Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Bologna in 2019. From 2011 to 2015, I worked as an Economist at Prometeia, the leading Italian economic research and consulting firm.
