Charles Gray Jr. serves as owner and operator of Gray Flooring Innovations with over 15+ years’ experience specializing in wood, laminate and vinyl flooring installations. Though Charles’s family roots are embedded in the heart of metro Atlanta, his passion for the flooring industry began in early 2000 after retiring from the US military. He began working as an apprentice for one of the largest flooring companies in Delaware. Charles then elevated to working alongside some of the most talented flooring installers throughout the Northeast region.
