1. Introduction 

Marbless Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Gravity Merge mobile application. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

2. Information Collection and Use 

To provide a seamless gameplay experience, maintain global leaderboards, and support account synchronization in Gravity Merge, we collect several types of information:

- Player Profile & Progress: To save your in-app progress and display your profile, we store your User ID (UID), Username, Profile Picture, Highest Score, Largest Block achieved, Featured Badges, and active Theme settings.

- Leaderboard & Public Data: Your Username, Profile Picture, Highest Score, and Featured Badges may be displayed publicly on the in-game Global Leaderboard.

- Gameplay Statistics: We track non-personal gameplay metrics such as Total Games Played, Total Number of Days Played, and usage of in-game features (e.g., Undo, Swap, Destroy).

- Ad Interaction Data: To maintain a balanced advertising experience, we monitor the frequency of Interstitial and Rewarded Ads.

- Feedback System: When you submit feedback, we collect your Message, Rating, Subject, and App Version information.

3. Third-Party Services 

Gravity Merge uses trusted third-party service providers to power its infrastructure, authentication, monetization, and analytics. These third parties may collect information under their respective privacy policies:

- Firebase & Google Login (Google LLC): Used for cloud database management (progress synchronization), authentication, and backend infrastructure. When signing in with Google, your email address, name, and profile picture are processed via Firebase Auth (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

- Sign in with Facebook / Meta SDK (Meta Platforms, Inc.): Used to provide alternative social authentication and track app installs. When signing in with Facebook, your basic profile information (App-Scoped User ID, name, profile picture) is processed (https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy).

- AdMob (Google LLC): Used to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements within the application (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

- In-App Purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play Store): If you purchase the "No-Ads" package or in-app items, billing and financial transactions are handled exclusively by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We do not collect or store your financial or credit card information.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion 

Your game data and account progress are stored securely within the Firebase infrastructure. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To request account deletion, please contact us at marblesslabs@gmail.com.

5. Children’s Privacy 

Gravity Merge is designed for a general audience and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Our data collection is strictly limited to anonymous gameplay statistics, public leaderboard data, and voluntary authentication for progress synchronization.
