Marbless Labs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Gravity Merge mobile application. This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

2. Information Collection and Use 

To provide a seamless gameplay experience in Gravity Merge, we collect several types of anonymous information:

• Player Profile & Progress: To securely save your in-app progress, we store your User ID (UID), Username, Highest Score, Largest Block achieved, and active Theme settings.

• Gameplay Statistics: We track data such as Total Games Played, Total Number of Days Played, and usage of the Undo feature.

• Ad Interaction Data: To maintain a balanced user experience, we monitor the frequency of Interstitial and Rewarded Ads.

• Feedback System: When you submit feedback, we collect your Message, Rating, Subject, and App Version information.

3. Third-Party Services 

Gravity Merge uses the following trusted third-party services to improve your experience and provide a secure infrastructure:

• Sign in with Google (Google Login): Used to back up your game progress to the cloud and synchronize it across devices. When you sign in with your Google account, basic account information such as your email address, name, and profile picture is processed via Firebase Auth. This data is used solely for authentication purposes and is protected under Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

• Firebase (Google): Used for cloud database management (saving progress) and secure authentication infrastructure.

• AdMob (Google): Used to display advertisements within the application.

4. Data Retention and Deletion 

Your data is stored securely within the Firebase infrastructure. To request the deletion of your account, please contact us at marblesslabs@gmail.com.

5. Children’s Privacy 

Gravity Merge is designed for a general audience and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any users, including children under the age of 13. Our data collection is limited to anonymous game statistics and progress synchronization.
