1. Overview
Gravity Switch is a single-player casual game. We designed it to work with minimal data. The App does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email, or other personal identity information to play.
2. Information we store on your device
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
• High score
• Career statistics (games played, total clears, best combo, near misses)
• Selected ball skin
• Sound and haptic preference settings
This information is saved using on-device storage so your progress and settings remain available the next time you open the App. It is not uploaded by us to a remote server as part of normal gameplay.
3. Permissions
The App may request or use:
• Vibration — to provide optional haptic feedback during gameplay
• Internet — included for standard app platform functionality; the core game does not require you to sign in or send personal gameplay data to us
You can turn sound and haptics off inside the App at any time.
4. What we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect:
• Names, email addresses, or account credentials
• Precise location data
• Contacts, photos, or microphone/camera data
• Payment or financial information inside the App (unless you buy the App or related products through Google Play, which is handled by Google under Google’s policies)
5. Children
The App is a general-audience casual game. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because gameplay data stays on the device and we do not operate a player account system, there is no child account data for us to process.
6. Third-party services
If you download or update the App through Google Play, Google may process information according to Google’s Privacy Policy and Play terms. This Privacy Policy covers only the Gravity Switch App itself.
7. Data retention and deletion
Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App’s storage, uninstall the App, or otherwise remove app data through your device settings. Uninstalling the App typically deletes that local data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
